Just Launched: Mitzvah Power Academy™
—Jewish Edutainment for Kids
San Francisco, April 21, 2025 — After nine months of development, Rabbi, Cantor Dr. Linda Bernstein (Rabbi Linda) proudly announced the launch of MITZVAH POWER ACADEMY, the new, menschy educational book series and website for young Jewish children, ages 5 to 10 years, and their families. MITZVAH POWER ACADEMY is a Jewish children’s “edutainment” series that teaches valuable Torah lessons in a warm and fun way. Children learn about Jewish values, laws, history, Shabbat and holidays, Hebrew terms and, most importantly, how to be a mensch, through engaging stories, characters, and activities.
“My goal is to teach and inspire young Jewish children and their families to be a mensch, a person we can depend upon to get up off the bench, each and every day. MITZVAH POWER ACADEMY empowers young children to take the lead doing mitzvot, good deeds, at home, in school, synagogue and their community. MITZVAH POWER ACADEMY conveys Jewish values and more, through rhyming, fun stories and songs, engaging characters and time travel “Mensch-Ventures” as part of a space age training school for young “Haverim Heroes.” said Rabbi Linda. MITZVAH POWER ACADEMY teaches that kindness, caring and sharing are “mitzvah powers” they can be put to good use to help others. There is so much good in the world that we can do. Let’s all do our part and be a mensch every day. MITZVAH POWER ACADEMY teaches that it is never too early or too late to start.”

BOOKS: We are publishing three original books featuring Rabbi Leah and the Haverim Heroes who travel across time and space doing good deeds to help those in need. The school motto is that “Number one, Mitzvah Power Academy must be FUN, FUN, FUN!” These are the first fun and engaging books in the series:
